It is a competition for IT enthusiasts where you have to solve certain technological problem in a short time and non-stop.
All the details for the case will be given at the opening ceremony of Decentrathon.
No, you don't have to be a student. Everyone is welcome to participate.
Yes, you can. Though note that you can come to any of 23 locations across the Kazakhstan where the hackathon will be held simultaneously.
There will be a pizza break on each day of the hackathon.
